R - Respond: To provide first responder quality of service to customers emergency threats. We have developed many innovative leak arrest and diversion techniques which have successfully addressed leaking defects conventionally requiring a mechanical clamp with long fabrication times
E - Extend: Understanding defect and corrosion mechanism, rehabilitation strategies are then developed to extend and ensure that the pipe work, tanks and vessels survive the intended service life. These strategies are normally performed while "In-Service" so as not to affect the process
P - Prevent: Degenerate of assets by external, internal corrosion/erosion shall be analyzed and improvements shall be made to ensure that such failures will not happen. Through thorough understanding, proper coating and lining systems are proposed in new builds to achieve higher KPI index
